Every Ella Fellas item is printed or embroidered to order by our US print partners. Nothing sits on a shelf, so each order goes through a production step before it ships.
Holiday order-by dates (2026)
- Order by Friday, December 4, 2026 for the best chance of US delivery before December 24.
- Orders placed December 5 through December 11 will very likely still arrive before Christmas, but this is not guaranteed.
- Orders placed after December 11 should be expected to arrive after December 25.
- International orders: holiday delivery cannot be promised for orders placed after mid-November.
These dates are conservative estimates, not guarantees. Production times and carrier delays are outside our control during peak season. If you need a gift by a specific date, email us before ordering and we will give you our honest best estimate.
Production time
Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. From mid-November through December it can take up to 7 to 10 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as each package ships.
US shipping rates and delivery times
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and which print partner makes each item. A single tee or tank usually ships for about $5 to $10.
- Free US standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout on orders of $50 or more (for standard rates up to $9.99), and free shipping on any rate on orders of $75 or more.
- Items made by different print partners (for example a hoodie and a tumbler) ship in separate packages.
- Typical transit is 3 to 8 business days after an item ships, so total time from order to delivery is usually about 1 to 2 weeks, longer during the holidays.
International shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. International delivery typically takes 10 to 30 business days after the order ships. Customs duties, import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because items are made to order, we cannot change an address once the order is in production.
Lost, damaged or misprinted orders
Email bynumenterprisesbe@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will send a replacement or refund. See our refund policy for details.
