Returns and Refunds

Every Ella Fellas item is printed or embroidered to order just for you, so we do not keep stock on a shelf. We still stand behind everything we ship.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, with any tags attached.

To start a return, email bynumenterprisesbe@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back.

Sizing and change of mind

Because items are made to order, return shipping on size exchanges and change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Sizes run true; size up for a roomier fit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take additional time for the refund to appear.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on face coverings or earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if production has not yet started. Because orders go to production quickly, please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
