1. About us

Ella Fellas is an independent, fan-run merchandise shop operated by Bynum Enterprises. All designs are original works created by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any recording artist, record label, or management company. Any artist or song names referenced on this site are used only to describe the community of fans this shop is made for.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

Products are printed or embroidered to order. Product images are digital mockups; actual garment color may vary slightly by monitor and by dye lot, which is normal for garment-dyed apparel. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms. Payment is captured at checkout. All prices are in US dollars.

4. Shipping

Items are produced and shipped from the United States. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before an order ships; delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to US orders over $50, and free priority shipping applies to US orders over $75. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, and graphics on this site are the property of Bynum Enterprises and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bynum Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
